Plane 4 — Wellbeing: Framework 42 and check-in

Understand the Framework 42 Home, edit commitments in the 2×2 matrix, and complete a wellbeing check-in.

The Wellbeing Plane is the one that holds up the other three. This is where your Framework 42 lives: a forty-two-week transformation journey, with your commitments in view.

What you need before you start

  • Having started your 42-week cycle (kicked off during onboarding).

The Framework 42 Home

At the top, the Week Hero shows “Week X of 42,” with its progress bar and the cycle’s start date — a gentle reminder of where you are in your journey. Right below it is the wellbeing check-in trigger, with its “Check In Now” button.

The center is the Plane Matrix: a 2×2 grid with your four Planes — Productivity, Relationships, Community, and Wellbeing — each with exactly ten commitment slots.

Editing your commitments

Every slot is editable instantly:

Write a commitment

Tap an empty slot, type your commitment, and it saves itself on Enter or when you click away. Escape reverts the change.

Mark it done

A filled commitment unlocks a checkbox. Checking it strikes through the text — done. It’s your living board of intentions across the four areas of your life.

The wellbeing check-in

The “Check In Now” button opens a panel that takes under thirty seconds: three sliders from one to ten for Energy, Sleep, and Stress, plus an optional note. Saving records the check-in — and if you want, “Save reflection to Knowledge Bank” sends your note and readings to «o» as a weekly reflection, so you keep a memory of your wellbeing.

Framework 42 isn’t another habit-tracking app: it integrates your wellbeing with your productivity, your relationships, and your community, all in one place and at your own pace.
